‍Kind Lending's Custom Shoes Giveaway Rules.

‍Giveaway open to U.S. residents aged 18 and older.  No purchase necessary, void where prohibited.  Sponsor is Kind Lending, LLC, NMLS #3925.  Prize is one pair of custom shoes of a size elected by winner.  Entry requires Limit one entry per person.  Winner chosen at random from eligible live attendees and announced by Friday, April 17, 2026. If Kind Lending is unable to directly contact the winner within three business days after selection, Kind Lending may draw another potential winner or discontinue the giveaway at its sole discretion.  Odds of selection depend upon the number of eligible entries.  Kind Lending employees are not eligible.  Giveaway winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. Entrants consent to Kind Lending’s use the entrants’ information for future marketing and promotion.  Giveaway participation constitutes entrants’ and winner’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and to sponsor’s or its agents’ decisions, which are final and binding.  Except where prohibited, the entrant agrees that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of, or connected with the giveaway or the prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California.  All issues and questions about these official rules, the entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Kind Lending in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California. For the winner’s name after 30 days of the conclusion of the giveaway, please send your request via mail to Kind Lending, LLC, Attn: Marketing/Giveaways, 1920 Main Street, Suite 1200, Irvine, California 92614.  Please include the name of the giveaway and the date it took place.
