As your Kind Ambassador, I’m here to support you throughout the mortgage loan process and help make the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. The home buying process can feel complicated at times, and that is exactly why my role exists. I work alongside your loan officer as an additional point of support to help keep things organized, answer questions, and make sure nothing gets missed along the way.

I work closely with Jenn and the loan officers who operate under her leadership. Together our team supports clients across the country, serving the East Coast from New England down to Florida and extending all the way to California on the West Coast. No matter which loan officer you are working with, I’m here help everything keep moving forward.

My path into the mortgage world started a little differently than most. I work full time as a firefighter / paramedic and originally began helping my sister Jenn around the office so she could focus more on her clients and growing her business. What started as helping organize documents and keep files moving quickly turned into becoming a larger part of the team and supporting clients throughout the loan process.

Jenn has always said that every client is like a puzzle. Our job is to figure out how all the pieces fit together. Sometimes the piece you need is not obvious right away, but it is always there somewhere in the stack. That mindset stuck with me, and it is one of the reasons I enjoy helping people navigate this process.

Today, I help coordinate the details behind the scenes so everything continues moving forward. From helping gather documents to answering questions and keeping communication clear, my goal is to make the process easier to navigate and ensure nothing gets missed along the way.

Serving as a firefighter has shaped the way I approach this role. Both careers are built on trust, communication, and helping people during important moments. Buying a home is a major milestone, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that helps guide people through that journey with the right Kind Home Loan for their situation.
