Starting Spring 2024, California residents can apply for 20% down payment assistance program, California Dream for All! Through this program, eligible borrowers can receive up to $150,000 in down payment and/or closing costs, with a total of $220 million in down payment assistance available.

‍Don't wait, work with your loan officer to determine what you need to do to secure a California Dream For All (DFA) Lender Pre-Approval Letter. You'll need this letter in order to register for a DFA Voucher.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
