NEXA Fest 2025 - Connection, Collaboration, and Celebration

What an incredible few days at NEXA Fest 2025! The Kind Lending team had the pleasure of connecting with broker partners, sharing insights, and celebrating the work we do together every day. The energy at the event reflected exactly what we value at Kind - collaboration, innovation, and putting people first.

A huge shoutout to Mason Sargent, Natalie Cooke, Chris Mozilo, Wendy Licis, and Tanya Wright for representing Kind Lending. They engaged with partners, answered questions, and demonstrated the thoughtful, solution-focused approach that makes Kind Lending a trusted partner.

The event kicked off with an 80s neon lights opening cocktail reception, setting a vibrant tone for the days ahead. That was followed by two days of connection and collaboration. Over the course of the event, our team spent time on the expo floor building relationships, answering questions, and sharing insights about our innovative loan products, Kind's Kwikie portal, the Top Dog broker program, and other solutions designed to help brokers close deals faster and smarter.

One of the highlights was watching Wendy and Tanya share their Non-QM expertise live, helping brokers structure deals on the spot and providing actionable solutions with speed and precision. Moments like these truly showcase the depth of experience and dedication our team brings to every partnership.

Beyond individual interactions, the event was all about strengthening relationships. Our team connected with long-time partners and met many new faces. These conversations went beyond transactions, they were about understanding each broker’s unique challenges and showing how Kind can help them succeed. It was a great reminder of why building strong, lasting partnerships is at the heart of everything we do.

The event wrapped up with a Rhinestone Cowboy-themed final party, giving everyone a chance to celebrate successes, network, and enjoy the energy that made NEXA Fest 2025 so memorable.
